Saiphin Moore of Rosa’s Thai Cafe has struck again. “Hoh Sek”, the name of her new noodle concept, means “delicious” in Cantonese. 6 Chinese-inspired noodles with Thai influences were on offer at her pop up in Covent Garden in June 2019. The spicy noodles in deep-flavoured broth (including the vegetarian option) were particularly good. All noodles were freshly made apparently. Restaurant is opening on 21 June in St Katherine’s Dock.
